FAQ & POLICY
• All sales are final.
• Payments are done via Paypal.
• All orders will ship within one week of recieving payment unless otherwise noted.
• If there is a wrong order on your end, unfortunately there is no refund or exchange, so please double check your order before submitting! I will be shipping your order according to the information provided in your order.
• If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact me within 48hrs after submitting your order. Once the items are shipped, however, cancellation will not be accepted.
ABOUT SHIPPING
All goods are shipped from the USA. Shipping rates are based on the current USPS/UPS rates. Unless otherwise noted, tracking is included within domestic USA and for most international countries.
Shipping is offered wordwide.
• Shipping to Canada, Japan, and Taiwan is OK.
• ⚠️European customers within the EU: you may be asked by your post office to pay additional VAT tax on your package according to the rates of your country. Please plan accordingly.
• ⚠️Shipping services to some countries are suspended. If I find that I am unable to ship to your country, I will issue you a refund. If you are unsure about your country, please e-mail me.
• I will do my best to package the products as safely and securely as possible. Unfortunately, I am not responsible if they arrive damaged or get lost.
